Quiet, great office staff, slow maintance

I love this place. I've been here for about 4 months now and I couldnt ask for kinder apartment managers, friendly, hard working maintenence and friendly neighbors. If you're looking for a nice gated, quiet complex, this is it. I honestly dont have any complaints. You can get in touch with maintenence through phone or on-line. This place is not expensive at all. They'll work with you on you're rent if you have something financial going on as long as you're responsible and catch up. They do door-to-door trash pick up on MWF. There's a kidney shaped pool that's great for kids and friends, 2 laundry care centers with coke machines (and they're quick too, it only takes me one hr to wash and dry 4 loads of laundry). Insulation wise is very good. If my neighbors ever make any noise, I never hear them! Electricity is good over here. My bill with Reliant isnt expensive at all however I do just have a one bedroom so it just depends on your usage but again, the insulation is great. Parking is good. Even better if you park under the car-covered parking(only $16 extra a month). But again, I love this place. I'd recommend anyone to come here, you wont regret your move!
